Jeremy Baczkiewicz started his career as an underwriter for a large insurance company in the Tampa Bay area. While working there he studied for his MBA and worked as a project consultant with many small businesses throughout Tampa Bay, assisting them with profitability, new marketing campaigns, and employee relations. His passion for helping small businesses carried over into his legal career. Mr. Baczkiewicz decided to start Suncoast Law Firm to step in and help entrepreneurs be successful. Jeremy is the founder of Suncoast Law Firm based in Land O Lakes, Florida. The firm handles many kinds of cases, ranging from Small Business formation and compliance, Trademark and Service Mark Applications, Class 3 Gun Trusts, and Commercial and Residential Real Estate drafting, as well as international trusts and residency applications. Jeremy has written two books on international law issues published through the Amazon Kindle Direct program. He is also actively involved in the community having previously served as a member of the Concord Station Resident’s council. He has volunteered for the Federal Public Defender’s Office, Habitat for Humanity, and Bay Area Legal Services. At Stetson University College of Law, he was a senior associate on the prestigious Stetson Law Review.
He earned his J.D. cum laude in 2017 from Stetson University College of Law with a concentration in International Law, his MBA in 2005 from the University of Tampa, cum laude, and his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2003. He is admitted to the bar in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
